One of the classic topics of plastic surgery humor is breast implants. Whether it be a snowman or just about any other recognizeable figure or animal, breast implants have been placed on them to signify that they have had plastic surgery or been ‘done’ as a piece of humor. A snow woman would be one of the easiest inanimate objects on which to place two snow cones for breast implants…and a perfect thing to see on someone’s front lawn over Christmas! This classic plastic surgery humor indicates a common belief that any woman that gets breast implants will be instantly recognized as having had the procedure. While this may be true for large breast implants and may be highly noticeable depending upon what one wears, this very often is not true. Many women that undergo breast augmentation can’t be discerned that they have the procedure and often don’t want to be. Unlike the snow woman, human women are seen in public with clothes on and this usually does a good job of camouflaging the obvious effects of newly enlarged breasts.
