For most elective cosmetic plastic surgery procedures, one must consider the trade-offs in accepting the decision for surgery. Usually you are trading off one set of problems for another….just be sure what you are trading into is better than what you currently have.

For example, you might want those flabby arms smaller but you will have to accept a long scar on the inside of your arm.
